GDT held their eleventh Pulse Auction today. Highlights from the auction include:
- C2 (Feb ’23) Regular WMP – $3,340/MT, DOWN $10 or -0.3% vs. last week’s GDT Event on 6 December.
- 962MT was sold of a total of 1,000MT on offer (96.2%). Out of 31 participating bidders (DOWN 3 bidders vs. prior Pulse), there were 15 winners (UP 2 vs. prior Pulse) over 8 bidding rounds (DOWN from 10 rounds two weeks ago).
- There was just a slight price drop at this GDT Pulse event, with buyers still finding value at this current price point following the slight strength that materialized at last week’s main GDT auction. Today’s Pulse settlement is equal to the C2 Regular WMP settlement at the second main GDT auction last month on 15 November.
