US Weekly Dairy Cow Slaughter

- US total dairy cow slaughter was UP versus the prior year for the eighth consecutive week. However, the year-over-year gain was at the slowest rate since 7 January 2023.
- The Region V (Upper Midwest) recorded the first year-over-year decline since 26 November 2022.
