US Weekly Dairy Cow Slaughter Report

- US total dairy cow slaughter remains elevated compared to 2022 and the three-year average, however, slaughter numbers dipped 1,000 head below levels seen this week in 2021.
- In the West (Region IX), slaughter volume was the highest for this time of year since 2020.
