GDT held their tenth Pulse Auction today. Highlights from the auction include:
- C2 (Jan ’23) Regular WMP – $3,280/MT, DOWN $25 or -0.8% vs. last week’s GDT Pulse Event on 22 November.
- 1000MT was sold of a total of 1,000MT on offer (100%). Out of 34 participating bidders (UP 5 bidders vs. prior Pulse), there were 13 winners (UP 4 vs. prior Pulse) over 10 bidding rounds (UP from 7 rounds two weeks ago).
- After whole milk powder found support at the most recent main GDT auction two weeks ago on 15 November, the two subsequent Pulse events have indicated slight price weakness. However, the two recent Pulse auction settlements remain higher versus the $3,250 per metric ton WMP value at the first November auction.
